Ferry Pilot — Affiliate Terms of Service

By enabling an affiliate account, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid pilot or customer account.
2. Attribution. Commissions are earned on bookings placed by users who click your link and sign up within the cookie window. Attribution is first-click; one user is credited to at most one affiliate.
3. Prohibited conduct. No self-referrals, fraudulent clicks, spam, brand-bidding on paid search, or impersonation of Ferry Pilot. Violations forfeit pending commissions and may result in account closure.
4. Hold period. Commissions enter a 60-day (or the program-configured) hold after booking completion to account for disputes and chargebacks.
5. Payment. Payouts are released in the next scheduled cycle after commissions become eligible, provided the balance meets the minimum payout threshold. Payout methods include ACH, Zelle, PayPal, check, and wire.
6. Taxes. Earnings are reported to the IRS; we may require a W-9 before paying out. You are responsible for income taxes on commissions received.
7. Chargebacks & refunds. If a booking is refunded or charges back, the related commission is voided. If already paid, we may deduct from future payouts.
8. Termination. Either party may close the affiliate relationship at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for abuse or violations.
9. Changes. Commission rates, hold periods, and program terms may change; changes apply prospectively.
